One can just go into gay dating sites and easily see the amount of 'no blacks plz' on people's profiles. The amount of racism I've seen in the LGBT community sometimes makes me feel that I'm in 1950s America. Symbolically, it's god damn fucking needed.
Aesthetically, it doesn't look so good (I'm starting to slowly like it though).
